Receive and manage Ley Karin (Law 21.643) and Crime Prevention Model (Law 21.595) reports today, with deadlines in business days and a record of every step. Personal data protection (Law 21.719) arrives with Janus Pro, coming soon.

Since 1 September 2024 the amendments of Law 21.595 to Law 20.393 are in force: a legal entity is criminally liable for offenses committed within the scope of its activity when the lack of effective implementation of an adequate prevention model favored or facilitated them (article 3). Adopting a Crime Prevention Model is voluntary; if the company adopts one, article 4 of Law 20.393 requires secure reporting channels. On top of that, Ley Karin, in force since 1 August 2024, requires every employer to receive and investigate reports of workplace harassment, sexual harassment and violence at work within legal deadlines.
Managing these obligations with separate tools, manual processes or one-off consultants creates gaps, duplicates effort and increases compliance risk. A single platform brings together the intake, the investigation and the record of every case.

Each report receives a unique tracking code. Janus does not store the reporters IP address or browser, and the person can report without identifying themselves.
